Meme Time Again
I now have the perfect excuse to plug the bloggers I’ve been wanting to plug for a very long time.

Hmmm…Besides the people I knew personally even before I started blogging, there are Lorenz (achromic.kud0s.org) and Benj (forgot the site), both of whom are now MIA. It was an amazing day, although Lorenz was late for 2 hours. To compensate for his tardy ass, he treated us to a Starbucks Venti and wickedly delicious delights. Benj paid my ticket for the movie we watched. Yeah, I was lucky.

No definite name in mind. Yet.
Who is the ‘I can meet, want to meet, but somehow never got to meet’ blogger?
Ate Annie, former schoolmate and confidante. The amazing X guy, Robbie, who was supposed to go with us (Lorenz & Benj) but had to back out. Kingdaddyrich (happy belated birthday, tol!), who was game enough for a drinking marathon (sagot pa niya pulutan — sisig kasi request ko), but then we had a misunderstanding (my fault) a couple of months ago, so I don’t really know now. Sighs. My e-twin Michelle, who got a 2-month exchange program to DLSU, kaso si Lorenz and Beans lang nakasama niya. And, oh yeah, KT/Tammy, because Baguio is relatively a small city, and we could’ve met during my stint there.

Do you have any bloggers/blog readers that you would like to meet right now?
Of course. Luckily, some of the bloggers I wanted to see in the flesh were at the Blog Parteeh last January. However, there are still some people
- Because I’m a slacker when it comes to anything site-related, I want to be a l33t PHP ninja like Jem, and a CSS extraordinaire like Rose. I need to steal their talents.
- Meet up with geeky Aja, fellow dog-lover Lexie, future chef Anne, writer Kat, and photographer Aravis to speak web standards and accessibility. Maybe we can even follow WaSP’s lead and build a Street Team here to take our advocacy into the next level.
- Kiss the man behind Chiz Escudero Real Ultimate Facts!!! website, the great Jorge Cosgayon, for his interesting and sensible blog entries.
- Pull Kuya Jun’s legs (happy birthday! hindi sa legs ha) to tell me stories about his misadventures as an unemployed activist in the student movement, and give me lessons on how not to be an alipin ng mga fucking kapitalistas in the near future. And probably force him to do another naked pose for my eyes to feast on. And not blur the photo this time. To hell with Piolo Pascual! Haha!
- Meet the Racoma family of super bloggers: Sexy Mom, distinguished problogger The J Spotter, fellow Isko BA, Atenista Vince, Pauline (Knoller, if I’m not mistaken), and Alan Jr.. I hope I didn’t miss someone, hehe! I really find them interesting.
- A witty conversation with the people I admire the most when it comes to stringing words together. I wonder if being a couch potato like Alternati and Talamasca will help my vocabulary. If only I was a sharp cookie like Rhiannon, who gives humorous reviews that are straight to the point. FruityOaty revels in the fact that she always makes her visitors drool with hunger. Maybe I should also spread the hate, just like Keysi does. Even the big blahger Momel can’t possibly come up with more bullshit entries. The previous entry is greatly inspired by Helga, whose blog entries are either about getting drunk or getting drunk, and badly needs my favorite nurse Howling’s services, whatever that means. And, hey! Have you read Tobey’s stories? D’oh! The talent these people have! They’re wordgasmic creatures, I tell you! Wordgasmic!
- Ate Ems, Christian, Euri, Ate Rose, Nina, Stella, Chas, Ate Rach, Tiff K, Toni, Xyla, Chau. Just because I’ve known them for quite some time now, and I love them.
Yeah, I’m kidding myself. I’ve just listed almost all the sites in my Exits page. Didn’t even bother to look at my overflowing bookmarks in my browser. I’m pretty sure I unknowingly left some names out. Don’t make tampo. I still wanna meet you, just for being you.

Trust me, watching A LOT of TV/movies helps big time, provided that you pick the right shows and all. Have to admit, that’s where I get my education mostly, especially now that I’m not in school anymore. Hehe.
so many people to meet. sometimes i wonder how you could do all the surfing and stuff along with your normal daily activities. whenever i find the time to return comments i would often find your name in the comments area. how could a world wide web be a small place?
