I think we all know what’s the talk of the Philippine blogosphere lately. It’s up to all of you to figure out what it is if you don’t (don’t worry, I just came to know them myself haha). One involves a “ghost writer” while the other involves “misrepresentation.” I’m not going to say anything about it other than what I already did. And that’s that.
Writing Projects/Contests
- Wika 2007 Blog Writing Contest - Serves as a celebration of the Buwan ng Wika in the Pinoy blogosphere and aims to promote the Filipino language online. Get a chance to win the Misteryosa Award. - The Filipina Writing Project - A writing project and SEO campaign to bring relevant results to search engine, topple those that exploit the Filipina, and reshape the Filipina image online. With these objectives in mind, a contest is also being held to further promote the advocacy.
- Project Hallucinosis - Marocharim’s latest writing project that centers around the theme of a mild mental illness. It also serves as his therapy.
- You Got Blogged! - A DigitalFilipino.com/MindanaoBloggers.com Review-a-Blog Competition. Review a blog in the Mindanao Blog Directory for a chance to win prizes.

The filipinaimages.com held the current “The Filipina Writing Project”. The contest was thought about by Janet after Dine asked for help. However Filipinaimages.com is NOT a contest but an advocacy blog, a timeless Filipina campaign . Hope everyone can contribute as well. Hoping for a correction on the 2 sites.
